CNC Folder

Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Shears: Model Max
Motor driven bending machine known for its power, speed, operating comfort and flexibility. The machine has a capacity of a maximum of 1.5mm, related to 3100mm of working length. The speed of the machine is impressive, with the bending beam speed at 80 degrees per second and the opening of the upper beam with 50mm per second. The machine contains Moeller control elements, SEW motors as well as the CNC-Touch-Control with frequency inverter.

NC Shears

The Model MSC is a motor Driven plate shear. Numerically Controlled (NC) Shears: The Model MSC has a maximum cutting capacity of 3.0mm sheet thickness in relation to a 3100mm working length.

Auto Folder

The Model MAB is motor driven with a bending ability of a maximum of 2.0mm in relation to a 3100mm working length.
This highly acclaimed folder is known for its power and speed of the frequency inverter-controlled machine elements. Design allows for maximum flexibility for both thin materials to aluminium sheet thicknesses of 3mm.

Auto Shears

The Model MSC is a motor driven plate shear. It has a cutting capacity of a maximum of 3.0mm sheet thickness in relation to a 3100mm working length. The operating process of the machine is very simplistic in the way it is operated. A simple foot control switch loads the sheet onto the table, pushing it between the cutting cars. The machine frame is a computer enhanced welded steel design, while the cutting bar is driven by a crank drive and a noiseless gear motor on either side of the machine.

Manual Folder

The Model UK is a manually operated bending machine with a capacity of a maximum of 1.5mm sheet thickness in relation to 1000mm of working length, or 1.0mm sheet thickness in relation to 2000mm of working length for Model UKV.

Manual Shears

The Model HT machine is a manually operated plate shear with a cutting capacity of up to 1.25mm steel, in relation to 2040mm of working length. Operating this machine is simple; sheets are placed between the cutting bars and cut by dropping one of the levers on either side of the machine.

Box and Pan

A motor-driven bending machine with segmented tools for bending of steel up to max. 2.0 mm (related to 1100 mm working length). The specialised feature of the MAXI is a segmented bending tool on the three cheeks elements upper, lower and folding beam. The individual segments width is 30 mm to 100 mm.
