Concealed Fix
Concealed Fix
Concealed Fixing is a method applying the roofing sheets to the purlins using a clip system. The roof sheets are not perforated with any nails or screws, therefor the fastening system is non-visible.
There are a variety of different concealed fix profiles on the market and we produce machinery for any one of these profiles. In many cases these machines are built onto trailers making them very accessible to transport from site to site. The value in this application is that long sheets which are not transportable if manufactured off site can be made on site easily.
Regardless of the profile or the conceal fix system, certain critical dimensions need to be strictly adhered to. There are profiles ranging from a single pan to multiple pan applications, from snap lock to clip lock and from a 200mm to a 1000mm cover sheet width.
